  2. I'm certain it will be Vance . Neither Burgum nor Rubio have any military experience. Vance is a midwestern guy who can help Trump win neighboring Michigan, which is a state he needs. He adds balance to the ticket both in terms of age and geography, and his military background. He's like what Quayle was to Bush, but without Quayle's baggage.
