@bartman5430 kid...you're probably too young to remember, but there were TWO government shutdowns under Bill Clinton and then there was one under Obama in 2013 (that last one you SHOULD be old enough to remember). As a matter of fact, if you really want to get technical, up until Biden there has been at least one government shutdown under every Democrat president since Jimmy Carter. And Biden is close to having one since the last bill he signed is a temporary stop-gap measure which only keeps the federal government open until March. Please think before you post.
