@nathanjohnson2932 that’s the legal reason. The moral reason is that he tried to use racism as a means for monetary gain (to further his career) and that in itself is revolting and despicable behavior.

"There were no victims" ...the Left constantly says the exact same thing to try to justify THEFT and SHOPLIFTING, which is why we're seeing an epidemic of smash-and-go/grab-and-go robberies and even armed robberies in Democratic cities like San Francisco and Chicago. But why does she even bring up "victims" anyway? Since when do Liberals ever care about victims? They only care about the people committing the crimes, not the people affected by them.
