  2. @ I don't care if the flight was from South Korea, North Korea, Iran or Timbuktu. It crashed on US soil and that put it squarely in the jurisdiction of the federal government. Bill Clinton never visited the crash site of USAir Flight 427, and Jimmy Carter never visited the crash site of American Airlines Flight 191.
