@ this time I’m on the side of the black man. Damn right she got out of the car and swung at him. He didn’t pull her out or drag her out. He was still wrong to body slam her but she provoked him.

Most cars have power locks that will engage as soon as the car is shifted into D. She expects us to believe he opened the door and pulled her out? Why do I smell a rat with this woman's story? I agree he overreacted and should face charges, but the woman is lying and did something to provoke him. She may well face charges of her own.

@marktester5799 nobody is defending his reaction, genius. All we're saying is that the woman is lying (both in her statements and by omission) about what led up to this. That makes her even worse than this guy. And we haven't even had the chance to hear the guy's side of the story. Context matters.

@JoeSmith-ig3pr does that change the fact that she rear-ended him, got out of her car in the middle of traffic to confront him, swung a punch at him (thinking “he won’t hit me, I’m a girl”) then went running off to the media with photos of herself in the hospital and trying to make herself out to be the victim.

@darralsteele9529 you’re a little slow so let me connect the dots for you. When you get in your car and turn on the ignition, most modern cars will automatically lock as soon as you shift from P into D. They do NOT unlock automatically when you shift from D to P. I just asked two co-workers and they agree with me that you’re full of crap. The only they can unlock is if you pull the door handle from the INSIDE. Thus, the woman is lying.

If she doesn't even know the feature exists then you just PROVED my whole point, genius. That means she wouldn't have -- and couldn't have -- disabled it if she didn't know it was there (like you just said). You're taking HER side over his, just because she's a girl and he's black. @julieries6565 did you read ANY of what I wrote? Or just the last sentence of my third comment? The man will face charges — as he should — but I don’t buy for ONE SECOND the woman’s claim that the men brake-checked her and caused the rear-end collision (not at those low speeds, no way) then got out of his car, pulled open her door and yanked her out. She is a filthy liar if she expects me to believe any of that. There’s not one shred of doubt in my mind that she probably did something in traffic to provoke him, then got out of the car on her own accord, confronted him and swung at him. How about getting some statements from witnesses? How hard is that? But! But! But! But Sean2015! That still doesn’t give him an excuse to do what he did! Body slamming an innocent helpless little woman! No but it does explain why he reacted the way he did. It also means that she deserves to face charges of her own separate from the ones that await HIM. Read about the legal principle of “sine qua non”, Latin for “but for”. Had she stayed in her car (but for her actions) the entire incident would never have happened. To say nothing of the fact that she may have been driving recklessly to spark this entire thing. CONTEXT MATTERS - wake up Julie! The only thing I despise as much as violence (such as in this video) is being LIED to.
