No we're not. And let me be clear that I condemn this man's actions. BUT, last month I had a young woman cut me off then slam on the brakes, and when we pulled up to a red light she actually got out of her car right in the middle of a busy intersection (which shocked me) and started screaming and gesturing at me. I went around her and sped off. The point is, I think a lot of women have this attitude that "no man will touch me, I'm a girl". Nobody should ever get out of their car in the middle of traffic.

I agree the man should face charges. But this incident was NOT unprovoked - what was that woman thinking getting out of her car to confront someone twice her size? I hate the way the media never gives us the full story. Let me be clear I abhor violence. But context matters.

@jasonpatterson2143 where is the REST OF THE VIDEO? I wasn't there and neither were you. We can't make assumptions. Yes, what the man did was horrific. He should face charges. But this was NOT unprovoked. I would at least like to know what happened to lead up to this. Context matters. I doubt she is innocent herself. She may have been driving recklessly and should face separate charges of her own.

@BoltRM we may be lacking evidence, but for now we do have something called "common sense" and we should use it. I'm not making assumptions, but I am saying that based on common sense, violent incidents like this usually just don't happen out of the blue, without some type of provocation or build-up. I'm sure you'd agree. Asking these sort of questions is what drives us to get to the bottom of the matter and demand more evidence as well as witness statements.

@x-raycat323 @coverts2962 yes it DOES matter what she did. She may have committed reckless endangerment or done something else that warrants charges against her. I don’t believe for a second that the guy just jumped out of his car and attacked her like this simply because of an innocent fender bender. I am all but certain she did something else to trigger him. The guy will face charges and do jail time, don’t you worry about that. But don’t be so ignorant to just accept these sorts of stories at face value. The sensationalist media love to lie to the public by omission.
