  1. The homeless you see living on the streets (as opposed to the homeless who couch surf or live in vans) DON’T WANT any form of “help” other than cash to get themselves baked. They won’t stay in a shelter because shelters don’t allow alcohol or smoking or druggs. You can’t help people who don’t want help.
