I live in Chicago and these street bums are the worst type of people. They smoke on the train, make a lot of noise, disrupt passengers, take up rows of seats to sleep, leave huge messes (which attracts rats) and cause delays for people trying to get to work. Some aggressively panhandle and a few can be violent. I'm all for any method to flush them out.
