  2. Even if it you're not hit by a train or electrocuted by that third rail, just the fall alone could easily leave a person paralyzed. Here in Chicago it's at least a four-foot drop onto the tracks, with nothing below to cushion your fall except iron, wood and rocks. If this piece of garbage doesn't get a life sentence then our justice system is a lost cause I'm afraid.
