  3. I looked up this store's address on the map. My God, it's right smack dab in the middle of Harlem. I'm surprised any of these retailers ever thought it was a good idea to put out their shingles in such a high-crime area. Probably some combination of generous tax breaks and strong political pressure.

So that plan won't work. And then everyone else could get a reduced fare like $2 You could reduce the fare to two CENTS (not two dollars, two CENTS) and there would still be plenty of people not paying it. I guarantee you.

Just imagine having no education, no skills, no knowledge of English (and with no intent to learn it), no money, no place to stay, no job offer, and often with small children in tow...and just showing up at the border and expecting the host country to provide you with money, shelter, food, clothes, health care. The entitlement of these people is disgusting.
