  5.  @thegoldstandard55  Perhaps rather than charging $2.90 a ride, every employer should pay their workers $150 a month or so to provide unlimited transit passes Many of the fare evaders are street people or thugs and are unemployed. So that plan won't work. And then everyone else could get a reduced fare like $2 You could reduce the fare to two CENTS (not two dollars, two CENTS) and there would still be plenty of people not paying it. I guarantee you.
