  1. Believe it or not but in Phoenix, the suspects tend to be either white (trash) or Latino - I lived there for a year and hated it. Another thing is that if you’re ever walking through a parking lot anywhere in Phoenix and you hear someone say ”Excuse me sir/ma’am!” ALWAYS IGNORE IT. Eyes forward and move on. It will always, always, always be a panhandler.
