  2.  @humansparkler  I may be using that term rather broadly by my point is the same: basically it’s people using mental conditions as excuses for their actions. That so-called “expert” is wrong. Most autistic people do NOT behave violently like this.

  3.  @humansparkler  punishment IS help. It forces people to realize that there are consequences for wrongdoing and it reinforces not to do it again.

  4. I’m glad the victim called for him to be punished. We’ve seen too many victims try to take the high road and preach forgiveness for the people that have harmed them. But that doesn’t solve anything. People need to be held accountable for their actions or otherwise they will repeat them.
