1:38 "You didn't hear anything, or see anything. You didn't witness anything. So tell us what you believe happened." 2:27 "Based on what you saw -- and you didn't see anything -- do you believe...?" WHO CARES what these two women 'believe' or 'think' happened that night?! If they didn't see anything or hear anything (other than a gunshot, which hundreds of other people heard), then there's no point in interviewing them. This is disgraceful "reporting" by the left-wing political organization known as CNN.

Neither of these two women saw anything. They may have heard the gunshot, but so did a thousand other people in the same neighborhood. The bottom line is they saw nothing, so they should never have been interviewed in the first place. And yet there’s Anderson Pooper asking them what they “believe” happened, because what they believe happened fits the narrative that CNN is trying to push, and since they live near where the incident happened people tend to lend more credibility to that narrative. This is just disgraceful reporting by CNN and Anderson Pooper.

they’re not “eyewitnesses”, so stop saying they are

Very true

Because they didn’t actually witness diddly squat. They admitted so. This whole interview is about Anderson J(agoff) Cooper asking them what they “believe” happened.

@1SALADLOVER 1:38 _"You didn't hear anything, or see anything. You didn't witness anything. So tell us what you believe happened." _ 2:27 "Based on what you saw -- and you didn't see anything -- do you believe...?" ...these two women didn't see sh-t. Otherwise they would've been called to testify, nitwit. Duhhhh.

@1SALADLOVER Jon Goode (neighbor) saw what happened and testified about what he saw...Guy in the red shirt (Zimmerman) laying on the ground, guy in the gray shirt (Martin) straddling him on top. Conclusion: Martin instigated the entire thing and that's why Z got acquitted. Did you cry when that happened? Poor baby, you're just so upset that the facts don't fit your racist narrative aren't you snowflake. 😉
1
@1SALADLOVER don't let the facts get in the way of your feelings, snowflake 😉
1
@1SALADLOVER okay Trayvon's sister
1
@1SALADLOVER and as for me, given the choice I'd rather be related to Georgie. At least he wasn't a thief and a thug and at least he didn't spend most of his time suspended from school with a mother who doesn't want to deal with him so she decides to farm him off to her baby daddy 250 miles away. "oh shut up Sean, you're just a rathist Trump thupporter...Trayvon was thuch a fine young man, he was a good kid, he liked to watch TV...oh honey I can't even!"
1
But they have "feelings" and those are more important than facts
1
@1SALADLOVER okay Susan Martin...Happy Halloween. 🎃 Tell Sybrina I said hello.

The mainstream media completely suppressed and buried that photo of GZ with his injuries.

@ClassicFIHD oh that was just the single most dishonest piece of journalism I think I've seen in my lifetime. They deliberately redacted portions of the 911 call to make it look as though Zimmerman had racially profiled Martin. The producer who did that (who worked for a NBC affiliate in Miami) was never identified or disciplined in any real way. Trayvon Martin, at the time of his death was 17 years old, 6-feet tall, lean, muscular and covered in tattoos. Yet to this day the media continue to use photos of him from junior high school. For me the Trayvon Martin case was pretty much the beginning of this current era of race-baiting journalism. It was soon after the Martin case that you had Michael Brown (people LIED about Brown saying "Hands up! Don't Shoot!"...it never happened but the media ran with that narrative). Then the George Floyd case (don't get me started on that).

This neighbor must've been coached by Benjamin Crump. Her story is not consistent with any of the evidence or the other neighbors. Also it is not a witness' place to give their opinions, they're supposed to give only facts. This is shameless "reporting" by the Cable Nonsense Network.
1
Because they didn’t actually witness diddly squat. That’s why.
1
both of these women are idiots. Neither of them witnessed diddly squat - they admitted so.

"George Zimmerman called the police." I can't stress this point enough. Someone who has committed, is in the process of committing or has the INTENTION of committing a crime, DOESN'T call the police and wait for them to arrive. Quite the opposite. Most people who have criminal histories (e.g. Jacob Blake, George Floyd) avoid police and/or will actively resist being arrested.
1
this case had NOTHING to do with Stand Your Ground. It was classic self-defense. SYG is a separate issue.

If I was being followed and I made it to within 60 feet of my front door (like Martin did) I would get my ass inside, lock the door, pop open a beer and call it a night. Martin decided to turn right back around and walk 100 yards to confront Zimmerman. He would still be alive today if he hadn't done such a stupid thing. But why should we hold people responsible for their actions when it's easier just to blame "thyth-temic rathism"?
1
If you're going to talk about "intent"... Zimmerman did not INTEND to kill Martin. If he had wanted to kill him, he would've pulled his gun the minute he saw Trayvon turning around to confront him and get up in his face. He didn't. Martin sucker punched him, knocked him to the ground, straddled him, and started beating him up before reaching for his gun.
1
@BallinNQnz the thing is Trayvon is the one who instigated the whole thing. Trayvon was 80 yards from his dad’s girlfriend’s apartment and Zimmerman had lost sight of him in the darkness and rain. Martin at that point could’ve walked inside his apartment in less than 20 seconds and the whole thing would be over. But did he do that? Nooooo. He stood there in the pouring rain for over 4 minutes yakking with his girlfriend (cell phone records PROVE that, which may be why the Martin family refused to turn the cell phone records over to authorities until a subpoena was issued) then he turned right around and walked a couple hundred yards and decided to confront Zimmerman and sucker punched him, breaking his nose. Even at that point, Martin still could’ve walked away and the whole thing would’ve been over, with Zimmerman lying on the ground stunned. But he couldn’t let it rest, could he. He jumped on top of Zimmerman and started beating the sh** out of him. When Zimmerman’s shirt lifted up and his gun was exposed, and Martin reached for it (Martin’s fingerprints were found on the gun). He reaped what he sowed. This was proven in court by testimony from the neighbor, Jonathan Good. You have no facts on your side other than the talking points you keep parroting from Al Sharpton and Benjamin Crump ”Trayvon was just an innocent man carrying iced tea and Skittles blah blah blah” Trayvon instigated the entire thing.

Imagine interviewing two people who admit they saw nothing. Tell me this isn’t the worst bit of “reporting” CNN has ever done - and that’s saying something for CNN.
1
T. Meyer get a woman and find something more productive to do with your time than telling every random freaking person on the Internet to “get a job”. Man are you pathetic.
1
She’s a Leftist moron
1
They didn’t actually witness diddly squat. They admitted so.
1
BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T WITNESS ANYTHING, that’s why!
1
neither of these women witnessed anything - so therefore their “opinions” and “beliefs” are worthless.
1
She didn’t witness diddly squat. She heard the gunshot (as did a thousand other people in the neighborhood) but she saw nothing other than the aftermath which was Zimmerman standing and pacing around. She’s useless as a witness and CNN should never have even interviewed her.
1
exactly, a couple of Leftist morons
1
@tamaramadison7563 maybe because he didn’t have health insurance and didn’t want a $2000 bill from the ER. Maybe because his injuries (caused by Trayvon) weren’t life threatening. There’s a lot of reasons why someone might not need or want to go to the hospital - so your logic makes no sense.
1
@kjs257incpen3 that’s not what happened you dummy. Just say you’re racist and go on.
1
but Zimmerman is short, about 5'7". Martin was at least four inches taller.
1
The women (and Anderson Pooper himself) even admitted they saw nothing. Yet Pooper keeps asking them what they “believe” happened. It doesn’t matter what they BELIEVE- the law is not concerned with BELIEFS - it is only concerned with FACTS! This is indeed horrible, horrible “reporting” by Anderson Pooper.
1
@1SALADLOVER let me hear you whine about "thyth-temic rathism" and "white privilege". I just love it when a Leftie starts on those 😆 "No Sean you're wrong wahhh wahhh! I'm not a Leftist, and you're just a white thupremathist in a MAGA hat, and you guys stormed the Capitol blah blah blah"
