Aside from the driver failing to stop for a required inspection, leading police on a high-speed chase lasting 20 minutes and putting innocent lives at risk, stopping the truck only when he drove over spike strips, continuing to ignore commands to stop and fleeing on foot....the driver did absolutely nothing to deserve this.
