People who behave erratically like will always tell law enforcement they’re drunk or high (because both alcohol and marijuana are legal, whereas methh or crack are not). You’re absolutely right, this was not due to marijuana alone. He had a lot more in his system than just marijuana.

Exactly. The guy lied to authorities. People do this all the time, they’ll get whacked out on meth, crack or heroin, and then they’ll try to say it was just alcohol or weed. There are also a lot of tweakers in these comments sections who hate hearing this and will argue with you to no end.

You understand why people do this right? Because marijuana is legal in most states, so they’ll admit to using marijuana or alcohol, hoping to cover up any suspicion about their use of other illegal druggs, like meth or crack. But they’re fooling nobody.
