  1. Wrong. If you're offered your old job back and you refuse it, not only will your benefits be stopped, you will most likely have to re-pay any benefits collected after that point. One of the questions UI claimants have to answer each week is "Did you refuse work during the week claimed?" If you did refuse work and answer "no", congratulations you've just committed fraud.
