  1. Heck, Richard Allen Davis has been on death row for 30 years in California and his crime was as bad as you can get -- he raped and murdered a 12 year-old girl (Polly Klaas). And there's no doubt of his guilt -- he confessed and even gave TV cameras the middle finger in court.

  2. I'm just surprised it would take this long in a place like Florida. I could easily see this happening in California -- it HAS happened plenty of times in California -- but Florida is a state that's usually pretty tough on crime.
