Thus he went around physically assaulting (or threatening to physically assault) random strangers who refused to give him pocket money to support his meth and booze habit. Rush hour in NYC? There must've been at least 15 , 20 other people on that train who can tell us exactly what happened leading up this, and what Neely said or did. I'm still waiting...and waiting...for the media to interview at least one of them. It's been 10 days already and they're still discussing the story on the news every night but they won't interview a single eyewitness...why?

Because the Liberal Democrats have expanded the definition of "asylum-seeker" to mean basically any person of color crossing our border illegally. In reality, asylum is much more narrowly defined, as you've noted here. Someone from Cuba or North Korea or Venezuela might qualify, but someone from Mexico or Honduras or Guatemala does not. "Seeking a better life" is NOT asylum.
