  4. Here are a couple thoughts. Every few days, I get asked to rate a specific video, and they're always conservative ones. I'm pretty sure they're using that to downgrade channels they don't want. They probably assume if you don't respond, that you want to give it a horrible rating. Also, if you use "ignore this video" just to get them off your homepage, be sure to click on tell us why and say the reason is because "I've already seen it"
