Especially, how are you going to get the tanks to travel a thousand miles to get to Eastern Ukraine with no fuel? If railroad bridges are fair game now, things could get much worse for Ukraine.

One of the targets near Kiev is the factory where they manufactured the anti-ship weapons. It's amazing that a weak country like Ukraine had the capability to design and independently manufacturer an anti ship missile that's more sophisticated than the Russians.

While it's true that one of the routes goes through Ukraine, it is not the only route used for this traffic. But that begs the question as to whether Chinese trains going through Russia to Europe would be subject to the Russian sanctions. For the pipelines, for now, non-russian oil is allowed to go through the Russian pipelines.

@fokthewef In 2021, there were over 15,000 trains from China to Europe, mostly through Russia. Assuming that number is for one direction, that means about 7500 round trips per year or 20 trains a day. That's close to the frequency of the BNSF main line from Los Angeles to Chicago, although the American trains are much longer

@tatfly5779 I'm shocked that the US and/or NATO would set up a front organization to give Ukraine a military capability that they didn't develop themselves! It would be interesting to see the software that's used in the missile, and the electronic components
