  1. Ukraine and Belarus use the Soviet gauge for their railroads which hampers exporting anything to Europe. Germany was going to set up a transloading facility where the Ukrainian grain could be transferred to EU standard gauge railcars. The maximum carrying capacity of a European cargo train is around 2,200 tons. One grain ship typically carries around 40,000 tons. The EU imports around 20 million metric tons of grain per year. Or roughly 54,000 metric tons per day. The quantity of Ukraine grain that's being shipped to Europe is trivial in the big picture. There are lots of other countries who send their agricultural products to the EU. President Biden trying to suggest that Europe is going to starve because of lack of Ukrainian grain is an absolute lie.

  2. Poland demanding reparations from Germany over world war II is laying the foundation that the EU is going to demand Russia pay reparations to Ukraine. There's at least two problems with that. You don't get to demand reparations until after you've won the war. Those with long memories understand that one of the primary reasons for Germany starting the war in Europe in the 1930s was because of the unpayable reparations demanded at the end of world war I codified in the treaty of Versailles. At some point, you have nothing left to lose.

  4. The United States has some cognitive dissonance issue regarding the revolutionary war. Some people think the Bible is the basis of the moral authority of the United States and the Bible says thou shalt not steal, but the United States was issuing letters of Marque to allow privateers to commandeer commercial ships and steal their cargoes and turn the ships into warships for the US Navy. It is not piracy if you have a piece of paper from a government, and give the government a portion of the loot. Arrgh 🏴‍☠️. People also seem to not realize that the evil British redcoat soldiers were also Christians. The United States did not win the revolutionary war because Jesus was on our side. We won it because France helped us with troops and gold because France wanted to separate England from the natural resources of the new world.
