  3. What you meant is probably: "This guy is definitely not a serial killer" or "this guy doesnt seem like a cold hearded bastard." Not all psychopaths are like that.

  5.  @blueturtle3623  The personality is BEING the disorder. A personality is the combination of all traits a person has. So if the combination of the traits is causing problems, the personality is causing problems. The different kind of problem sets can be categorized in personality disorders.
