  1. I advice to Venezuela to process agriculture goods. Pineapples, mangos and others exotic fruits are in high demand in northern countries. And export them to northern countries. To use it's own geographical position to provide free transit of goods from Peru, Chile, north-west of Brasil across Venezuela's territory to it's ports and transport them by it's ships. So Venezuela could develop logistics and transport business. I also advice to Venezuela to do IT business: IT services for oil&gas industry, IT programs, web-sites, IT services. And finally strongly recommend to develop chemical business. Government can't do it itself, it needs help of private chemical companies who develop a technology. It can carry much money as profits and taxes.

  2. Venezuela should perform denomination. Inflation there is high due to many zeros on banknotes, money printing and primitive undeveloped economy. I also advice to Venezuela to promote bank cards payments by using it's own developed bank card or russian "Mir" cards. Payments of salaries from state companies to workers, from governmental institutes to budget workers, from universities to workers etc. Strongly recommend to halt money printing and fit incomes and spendings. Earned money to invest in profitable businesses and to reduce import dependency from expensive import. Simultaneously you should rise custom fees on changed import goods to increase prices in shops on them.
