They are getting less money for their labour which requires a technical education (at least college education), knowledge of technical English, diagnostics and repair skills. It is middle qualified labour. The payment for this labour must not be less than payment of bank office worker, lawer, sales manager, IT web-site creator. Otherwise it is injusticely low payment.
