  1. Too:Open Monitoring: Found looking at my thoughts with no judgement was to talk to myself about looking at my thoughts with curiosity. With curiosity I'm not judging. But to look my thoughts and tell myself not to judge just made me judge them. With curiosity I found I was not judging but interested in what that thought had to offer. So don't judge but curious.
