  1. I used to always take blame. I don't have low self esteem though. It's just that on spectrum I'm expected to take the blame for miscommunications. I don't accept that now. It's a double empathy problem so it goes both way. I'm not only one that has to make the effort. But since I am making the effort if the other person is not then I do not need to take the blame for it. I do have to be aware when I'm not making the effort which happens when I'm overwhelmed.
