  1. Weird thing about lies to myself is that my thoughts disprove them. So it take a lot energy to maintain the lies and create more to lies to myself to counter the logical thoughts. It's weird. So instead of lying to myself I accepted the logic. That lead to dealing with lot of painful past situation that I never really dealt with that well.
