  3. Salaried doesn't mean no overtime where I live. It just means a person in salaried position get over on any hours over 44. So work week could 7.5 hour day with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break for normal 37.5 scheduled work. Extra work as long as it's under 44 doesn't have to paid as that's covered by salaried pay. But go over 44 hour it's 1.5 times regular pay in overtime. The in labour laws here and most people don't even know that, letting employer take advantage of them.
