  4. No one was negotiating with Trump. In Canada our politician were asked if they had talked Trump. Carney said he had not but instead retaliated with tariffs and would wait on Trump to make the next move which as this pause. I think the pause was more about insider trading. Driven by a panic move due to stock market going down. But he told his billionaire friend to take advantage of it and bragged about it. Which shocked me. He could just kept his mouth shut and let people think he did as panic move.
