  1. There’s also Quartsite refugees who came to mooch off the free food & facilities that were donated for fire/rescue teams & residents who were misplaced. They shot footage, saying how great CA is, but never mentioned the reason behind all the free meals & volunteers.

  2. 30 years ago I lived in small neighborhood that was an even mix mobile homes & traditional brick homes. Most took pride in their homes & yards, but there’s always one trashy apple. I fed the landlord’s acquired animals out of burnt up skillets (thx dad!) bc he would be gone for days at a time to his other properties. Damn neighbors stole every one of those pans. Had they ever said that they were in need of pans, I’d given them a nice set, since I only use one small & one medium.

  3.  @Go4Corvette  This was from out of my house while I was going from my first job to my second job. Gotta wonder how desperate they were… ain’t too many people who wear the size boots as I do. Oh, it was spring time & they stole both my jackets… one had been nice, but it had a huge rip.

  4. Y’all be careful with that. I had a nice canister with a leather hostler for like 3 years… one rainy night I was awakened by a hiss & a crash. Lay frozen, listening, thinking someone had broken in… then I began to choke & my eyes were burning… the canister had disintegrated & went airborne across the room, hitting a mirror. By the time I was able to access what had happened, one of the worst electrical storms I’ve ever experienced began & I had to brave it to get out of my small house. It was 48 hours before it wore off enough.

  7. All those programs are voted on by mine & your representatives. If there’s a bill or program you disagree with, you need to take it up with your representatives.

Came out of Walmart after dark the other night, with my usual $20 worth, hadn’t eaten all day, when a well dressed lady complete with jewelry & manicured nails stopped me with a cart full of groceries & a McDonald’s frappé. Claiming her husband was in jail for domestic battery after knocking her teeth out, & her & the kids were staying in a hotel… she wanted a contribution in order to stay another night. Might have a better chance asking someone who’s able to afford McDonald’s.
