  1.  @toryberch  I’m approaching mid 60’s, always physical laborer, just now hitting me. Knees, feet, shoulder, hip… all at once. Best thing you can do is to keep moving, & drink plenty of water. Bob & Brad on YT have been lifesavers. They have simple daily exercises that will keep you mobile, even a couple that shows you how to get up off the floor.

  4. Right. It’s been like that for 3 decades, in every profession. They will make up new rules just to have an excuse to fire someone, as to have quick turnovers, so they can hire someone for less.

  5. What DOGE cut, initially, was the jobs & agencies that were investigating his rockets that blew up, destroying a couple of our launchpads that he uses at no cost, while he takes $8 million per day from the US government that has already given him grants & subsidies totaling over $15Billion.

  10. A former SSA manager says that we need to call our representatives & tell them you want the cap on social security lifted, to make certain that SS will still be available. If not, recipients will see a decrease by 2031. Also, if you’re having difficulty getting through to a certain government agency, let them know.
