  1.  @GratefulWarriorMom Honestly, I wouldn’t attempt to take a 1990 anything on the road. Anything older than 2006 is extremely difficult to get parts for. I’ve always had older vehicles, but the parts they’re making nowadays don’t usually survive the shipping.

  2.  @EfficientRVer Exactly. I’ve grown up with a father & two BIL who are/were gunsmiths & who think everyone should be armed. As a result, I’ve known some disorganized nervous Nelly’s who should have never carried any kind of firearm, one blew her finger off, & another one’s grandkid got ahold of it. As for my well-trained older sister, she no longer carries since somehow she managed to put a hole in her butt.

  3. I had sciatica from standing & pulling heavy pallets uphill every day. Thankfully I met a massage therapist who did an hour session. The first 5 minutes I nearly passed out from the pain… thankfully, he refused to stop. A few days later I got another hour session, & haven’t had to have anymore other than 5 minutes every few weeks that I administer to myself. Never taken anything harder than Motrin… which I haven’t taken in over 20 years. I do recommend vitamin D3, tho. I’ve recommended massage to 5 who suffered with sciatica, & it has worked for them. One had a chiropractor that used TENS, & two sessions has worked without having to return. Edit: my massage therapist said that 30 minute sessions only aggravates it more. Best to do an hour or more. As I understand, TENS is less time consuming.

  5. So very thankful that I grew up with floods & hurricanes, & even more grateful that I went from news junkie to no tv at all years ago. Honestly, it only exists to sell things — that’s its ONLY purpose. Radicals are so self-absorbed, that they assume anyone who resembles them, sides with them.
