Many therapists have no clue about deep trauma and complex understanding of brain, body and nervous system. They are often middle class people with no lived experience of painful trauma. They just sit in a soft chair and have read some books 📚.

UN says that there are around 120 armed conflicts going in the world, a few gets all the attention. Its interesting why its these few , that be geopolitics, history , religious or racial reasons.

  49. true its amazing. I saw a documentary about an Indian man who also planted his own eco system over many years in a dessert like region in India, he planted like over 100.000 trees and plants, a real hero of planet earth.
