  1. I've got better answers and understanding from AI than from 10 therapists over the years. Many therapists have no clue about deep trauma and complex understanding of brain, body and nervous system. They are often middle class people with no lived experience of painful trauma. They just sit in a soft chair and have read some books 📚.
