We live in chaotic times, where we can chose to go up with love and expand our heart or go down with fear, anger and hate. 2020 has been a great gift in many ways, but also a very difficult one of cause.   5. Totally agree Amanda, we create our own hell and paradise here on earth. 2020 has made so much chaos and pain, but my inner life has not changed from 2019. I see soo many blame, hate, fear and pull the victim card all over. Focus on your own inner peace, face and transform all negative within.
