Yes there is incredible hypocrisy in arab world and the activist camp. Its a horrible situation, but where were the people where Syrian Assad killed 600.000 in slaughter and genecide. Where were they when China made huge internment camps for muslim population ? Turkey has occupied Northern Cyprus illegally since the 1970s not a single protest. Much terrible war, slaughter and displacement in some African countries like Sudan. Not a single protest. Most Palestinians around 370.000 were kicked out of Kuwait in 1990s because PLO and the leaders supported Saddams war and occupation. No one said a word. Most Palestinians lives in great poverty in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan have very few rights after decades , no support for better living conditions or activist fight for them to get citizenship. And the list goes on. Palestinians are just useful pawns in everyone's chessboard. No one talkes about Hamas very clear goal of making Palestine an islamist nation and destruction of Israel.

On March 14, 1991, 200,000 Palestinians were still residing in Kuwait, out of the initial 400,000. The months of March to June 1991 were witness to a sustained Kuwaiti campaign to expel the Palestinian population using methods that combined bureaucratic means and terror,” according to an article published by Badil, a Palestinian advocacy group. “The great majority of Palestinian civil servants were simply fired or not rehired; Palestinian children were expelled from public schools; educational subsidies were terminated; and heavy financial burdens were placed on Palestinians who wished to remain… For those who didn’t get the message, there was always the threat of arbitrary arrest.” It was a horrible time for these poor people replaced again. I say activist fight for the right to return to Kuwait and make them pay reparations for the Nakba and give them back their houses and land.

@spacemanspiff3529 so let me get your logic when Turkey still occupy Cyprus and the Greeks of the north can never return to their family houses and land its totally different ?. When nearly 400.000 Palestinians were unjustified chased out of Kuwait becausec of PLO sided with Saddam , and their houses and land were taken its completely different?
