  1. ​@dahyimi2185 totally agree that somatic work can be very helpful for PTSD, I do breath work, eft tapping, self massage, vagus nerve stimulation myself. But also find the right therapist can be a frustrating journey, my new somatic therapist haven't shown me much empathy and compassion even though her technique is helping. So maybe one that have experienced trauma her/him is best, more trust and connection.
