  2.  @BumblebeeTuna8  well in the end its a matter of consciousness and priorities. I have done meditation for many years and have not been feeding the anger, fear and polarity the last years of pandemic and now war in Ukraine. It's like humanity run on repeat for the last 5000 years, there is always a new leader popping up wanting war and destruction. My advice would be focus on yourself and the local community for change, but do whatever you are called to do. Be the change you wanna see in the world.
