  1. Yeah true modern life, stress, fast food and social media is definitely a big part of our addiction in general. Its like quick hits of pleasure that be salt, sugar, fat , likes on Facebook etc. I do meditation and calm myself in nature and try reflect in deeper levels of insecurity, trauma , emotional stress and what makes me unhappy. Much is deeper layers. Hope you find balance 🙏
