  1. Agree but there are plenty IKEA hacks videos out there, where people fix or remodeling. I took an old white shelf from an IKEA wardrobe and turned it into a fold down table in my kitchen.

  5. I have a 20 year old IKEA bookshelf in my living room, it still looks like new in black. Of cause I don't if the quality has become worse in IKEA, but its a simple design of plywood / compressed wood.
