  4.  @margaretavanloo1740  agree too big a house, but I think the problem stems from, as he said in one of the Producer Michael videos that they by mistake of the county got permission to build much much bigger than originally planned. So I would assume suddenly greed took over and he was blinded by the promise of huge cash reward instead of what makes sense regarding architectural design.

  5. It could be turned into a local VIP mall for the rich in Bel Air. You got everything you need, a bowling alley, a cinema, spa & gym, hair dress saloon, vin shop, restaurant, art installations, gulf potter green up top roof, night club 😀.

  7.  @nfspbarrister5681  totally agree, Producer Michael one time broke down the cost of owning and running a big expensive house, I was very surprised how much it was with taxes and staff in California. I follow a youtube dude that moved out of a small flat in Santa Barbara and got an incredible mansion in another state for the same money, because his taxes dropped from 50-60 % to much lower. 😳

  8. Love Enes, but would say Nile made a joke out of it in the the producer Michael video. Nile said " The One" would change the world several times and other wild things, he was clearly high on cocaine or completely stressed out. I hope the house will sell for a high price and everyone can move on from this 10-11 year long project.

  16. I haven't seen the show in years, but always found the New York real estate scene interesting and Fredrik arrogant and entertaining at the same time. Now I'm more into watching Enes house tours on YouTube. He is such a nice guy, videos are beautiful shot and he is very knowledgeable about the houses. Check him out or make a video about him. Seems everyone loves him.

  20.  @Real.Estate.Report  yes I'm sure Nile is super disappointed right now. There is a big gap between 500 millions down to 140 ( if it goes through) . I'm sure he after 10 years felt rightfully that he deserved a big paycheck. Such big builds are high risk high rewards. Would be interesting to know who get payed what and who will loose out on this deal. If Hankey capital is owed over 100 million alone and Nile 44 millions , others stand in line too. The last chapter is not written in this Saga yet.

  22. Producer Michael just toured his personal house, its a much much better house. I really liked it and Nile seemed more relaxed. The big question is of cause, will this house go on the market soon because his is desperate for cash?

  28.  @Mach141  well that may be true, but I saw a number say a 10 million dollar house in LA cost you over 70.000 a year in basic taxes alone. Producer Michael was in a like 40 million dollar house when he talked about it, so that tax may be much higher plus you need the staff to clean the house, keep the garden, and serve you. Air condition, power, water and so on. I think the number he came to was a million dollars a year just to keep the house running, then you maybe have your mortgage if you don't pay cash. The expensive art on the wall, insurance and private security measures. It's the same with owning a big yacht or private jet. A private jet cost you between 500.000 to a million a year in operation cost. So you need a good cash flow to live the high life, your wife is not cheap either and maybe you have 3 luxery homes. Could be a stressful lifestyle...or not 😊

  37. Ha ha Amil 😂. I also read an article not long ago saying that they can't even get it heated properly. People are freezing only swimming like 5-10 min. 🥶 and pay a high price plus they pay for 2 staff too. I like the idea of the sky pool but it should have been build in a warm climate. It should be heated by the sun and warm air. I think it cost over 100.000 £ a year to keep that pool functional.

Just today BBC had an article about their investigation into Russian corruption where it say :" BBC investigation has uncovered new evidence about the corrupt deals that made Roman Abramovich's fortune. The Chelsea owner made billions after buying an oil company from the Russian government in a rigged auction in 1995. Mr Abramovich paid around $250m (£190m) for Sibneft, before selling it back to the Russian government for $13bn in 2005. The Russian billionaire has already admitted in a UK court that he made corrupt payments to help get the Sibneft deal off the ground."

  40. Nile just posted a tear watering video called The One secrets , where he tells stories and now have this idea of making The One Crypto coin that will pay for it all. If not the house will sell on auction in the next months. Also read that Mohammed Hadi's scandal mega masion in LA is sold for 5 million to another dude that now has 9 months to tear it all down and build a new house from scratch. Sad with these men with crazy dreams and builds. Hope Nile make it through somehow 🙏

  43.  @GratiaCountryman  agree I just think that Nile was going from one wild project to next pushing higher and higher. I admit this house is huge and unique, but who would live in a house where you have to walk 8 min. to go from the bedroom to the kitchen. You could get serious health problems in that house, in a few years you need new knee or a hip replacement. Of cause you could buy a small open car or electric motorcycle to get around. But still dangerous times, you could crash the car into a wall drunk one night 🌙 heading back to bed from the living room or hit one of the kids. Many accident happens at home, this one could be deadly.

  50. Exactly , I saw Producer Michael tour this house over 2 videos and it was more like walking in a mini mall or office building. Didn't feel nice, way too big. You would have to have knee or hip replacement if you lived in that house for years or buy electric bikes to get around. Imagine walking 5 min. from the bedroom to the main dining room or try to find your wife / children. Nile build the biggest he could hoping it would bring him 100 millions return. The greed clouded ⛅ the minds of him and the architect sadly.
