Well Sounds like a perfect match for his fashion brand with parties, photo shoots and fashion shows held there. I'm sure Nile will be happy to attend. Hope you keep an eye on what Nile is up to next. If he get payed , a new and smaller house is on the horizon.

@w.harrison7277 I was expecting Ye ( Kanye west) to buy it, the house is almost as big as his ego and perfect also for events, music and his fashion activities. Maybe he will get it in the future

@Real.Estate.Report yes I'm sure Nile is super disappointed right now. There is a big gap between 500 millions down to 140 ( if it goes through) . I'm sure he after 10 years felt rightfully that he deserved a big paycheck. Such big builds are high risk high rewards. Would be interesting to know who get payed what and who will loose out on this deal. If Hankey capital is owed over 100 million alone and Nile 44 millions , others stand in line too. The last chapter is not written in this Saga yet.

In March 2021, a UBS valuation estimated that Yeezy adds $3-4 billion to Kanye's net worth bottom line. The same report estimates Kanye's deal with The Gap adds another $1 billion to West's net worth."
