@margaretavanloo1740 agree too big a house, but I think the problem stems from, as he said in one of the Producer Michael videos that they by mistake of the county got permission to build much much bigger than originally planned. So I would assume suddenly greed took over and he was blinded by the promise of huge cash reward instead of what makes sense regarding architectural design.

@eneseusm459 well he is committed to the dream like the orchestra on Titanic that kept playing while the ship was sinking. Hope he get on a lifeboat soon.

@Jen-xm9bp yes 😊 I would not like to live down in front of that house, even though they won some money in the lawsuit against him. But he is not alone to blame of cause, he got things approved by mistake too.

It's LA, many people there with crazy wild dreams and you easily loose touch with reality. I can't believe either that he puts his faith in that secret person, sounds like the oldest trick in the book, don't worry Nile I transfer the money next week, trust me 😎.

@PlasmaKong2 yeah but the dude in front of Wework still walked happily away and became a billionaire by wework and is probably on to his next wild projects. These guys only cares about themselves and will try to hype up anything so they can cash in the millions/ billions.
