  9.  @rustyspygoat4089  agree you need low degree of curruption and trust in law, police as well have freedom rights, freedom to criticize everything is key without fear of going to jail. You need a civil society that works, like sports clubs, art, culture and other things that bind it all together. And you need to be free of the prison of religion that oppress you and keep you in fear and judgement of others.
