  7. Totally agree, I think a guy like Gabor Mate talks about his 30-40 years of work in poor areas as a doctor in Vancouver. He saw traumatized people self medicating everywhere. I guy I know with PTSD has done it too because the health system was a joke here. You need holistic approach.
