  1. English is rather lackluster in Egypt and Sudan, tho. Their current leaders do not speak it. The president of Mozambique leads a former Portugese colony yet speaks English along with Portugese. Syrian President Bashar Al Assad leads a former French colony but can speak English.

  3. What about Suriname tho? They're one of the only countries in the world besides the Netherlands & Belgium with Dutch as an official language.
