  1. I was experiencing something similar, but, wake from sleep, powercfg snitched to me what was the culprit. It was a windows update changing config in devicemanager that was waking the pc. I have also experienced static electricity while touching a usbc cable (connected to computer in one end, and nothing in the other end) to wake the computer.
