  1. Leasons learned. 1. Don't cook the passengers. 2. Don't load any cargo/baggage 3. Make the ATC crew switch place with the cabincrew 4. Bring a Paraglider to the airport, and utiliize the thermals. Also bring waterskis for wet landings. 5. Bring breakshute for landings, and use the AC the passengers in lesson 1 didn't get, and cool the brakes.

  2. Seems like most serious accidents happends with experienced pilots. We see the same trend in paragliding too. I think experience bias might be a culprit? kind of like conformation bias.
