If the extra IRS agents just paid for themselves, making no more than their costs, that would be an improvement, as there would be more people employed by a good employer, not on zero hours contracts, and fewer people taking benefits. It is ridiculous to argue that they have to make x billion more. No they just need to break even or do better...
